At MosaicTile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused, full-box products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure the Packaging

Carefully pack your tiles in their original manufacturer boxes with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit, as we cannot refund damaged goods.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for large pallet orders.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned inventory to ensure it is in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
